Have used this for years.... brilliant for making jelly, jam, butters and in this case making pumpkin butter.....

Item was as expected. Received quickly however, I did find this item was cheaper locally after I received it.

How can I say about sure gel it's amazing for making jelly jams and cobbler and pie bases so it definitely does its job
