Once you get the filter canister/holder open and apart -this drops right in. It's the easy part of the job

Make it easier for yourself
Usual MANN quality, I see reviews with people saying they struggle to get to the torque screws, to make it easier for yourself, remove the whole air box, be careful with the mass air flow sensor, it’s easier to get to the torque screws this way. The Mercedes hose clamps require a specific tool, if you don’t want to get one, use a flat blade screw driver to pop of the Mercedes hose clamp and replace with a regular hose clamp when reassembling so it’s easier next time

Amazon needs to include Hengst E1462L Air Filters
for 2024 Mercedes glc300 you need this Engine air filter: Hengst E1462L Air Filter <- this is the part number from the one i removed. But cant find either another brand, perhaps Mann may have a cross reference. but again OEM is Hengst E1462L Air Filter.
