Game Changer
Since March 2020 I have been doing Zumba classes via Zoom but unfortunately the only room suitable in my house is carpeted. This is not ideal for dancing on and I've actually had a few injuries from doing so. My Zumba instructor recommended getting these to put over my trainers and wow, what a difference. Only wish I had known about them sooner. I can now slide, turn and move without twisting knees, stubbing toes etc. Not cheap but for me it's a small price to pay.

So practical and easy to use
My knees were hurting from too much floor traction when doing dance fitness classes at home. I bought new specialised trainers but didn't help. Then I found these nifty things and I haven't looked back.The slide on and off super easy, they stay on whilst you dance and they do not lose shape no matter how many times you take them on and off.Excellent purchase and my only regret is that I wish I had bought them sooner!
