Aesthetically pleasing with alterations
The benefit of their pleasing appearance is slightly offset by the cost. However, bought 3 and yes I would buy them again. By combining 2 into 1 created a larger aesthetic.Shaping, adding ,carving , and molding them, helped to create a more realistic manzanita branch appearance.Saltwater aquarium.comHaving purchased through Saltwater Aquarium multiple Current USA merchandise items (while it’s still available), I was happy to hear that Saltwater Aquarium has acquired through the acquisition of the Current USA brand for it’s future development, marketing, and distribution.Based on my personal experience with their prompt service I would not hesitate to recommend Saltwater Aquarium for your one stop shop for your aquarium hobby supplies.Cheers and bubble-up!

Amazing Wedding Centerpiece
It looks exactly how I wanted it to! The wiring of the battery lights covers some of the unsightly joins for the branches, but overall it’s just what I was looking for! The plastic is very unyielding and sturdy, maybe if I had a high powered heat gun I could force the to branches into different shapes and directions, but for my first prototype for my centerpieces, it looks great! I’ll probably order another one to make a second piece for my table and then buy smaller ones for the guest tables as this branch is quite tall. I didn’t use the weighted base and instead secured the branch to floral foam buried in the stones and moss inside the vase.

Great addition to my tank
I love this branch very much and I wanted to share my use of it. I use in my 37: gallons tank and I attached my anubias and Java ferns to each part of it, so now it looks like a real tree with the leaves on it.Yes, it’s not very sturdy but with a few rocks or I made a hook out of wire to hang it on the rim you can make it work.Great and useful little tree... 👍

Low quality and hazardous.
This thing was one giant disappointment and I can't believe some of the reviews on here. When I first opened the package, the pungent chemical oder of plastic smacked me right in the face. I pulled out all the pieces and was taken aback by the subpar craftsmanship of the branches. They are covered with seams and super sharp points. I actually cut my finger on one of the little plastic tags hanging off this thing, and the branches are covered with them. Just imagine what that would do to delicate fins and scales. There are left over plastic threads over the whole thing. The peices looked horrible snapped together. Maybe this would look okay from very far away in a tank full of tannins, but it just looks like a horrific chunk of cheap plastic from a viewing distance. With the smell, sharp points, and poor quality, this thing isn't going anywhere near my tank.

Easy to put together
Item comes in pieces that are easy to put together. Takes less that 2 minutes. The tree does not stand up on its own as it is top heavy. Easy to add lights to and makes it light up beautifully.

Realistic, Dramatic, and Variable Branch
This artificial manzanita branch has a good fan shape with thick and thin branches nicely proportioned for the home aquarium. It comes in black, which gives drama to the hardscape. It looks real at a glance. The branch comes partly assembled. That means that you have to insert smaller plastic branches onto the trunk. I found this advantageous in that it enabled me to do slightly different configurations of it until I found the best one to work with the pieces of real wood and rocks I am also using in my tank. The branches do not bend, but the joints can be rotated to get different positions. If you are using multiples of this artificial manzanita in your tank you could vary the arrangement of branches as well as the orientation of the trunks to avoid the unnatural cookie-cutter look of identical trees. You could also leave off a section branch and use it separately in your design. The weighted base is a good idea and does keep the end of the trunk resting on the bottom.

Love it. Looks awesome.
The media could not be loaded. This tree looks great and adds a realistic environment to my fish tank. These branches are bigger than I expected, so I bought two of them and they now take up most of my 38" wide 42 gallon tank. Now that I installed them, I see the fish have a bit less swimming room and try to avoid bumping into them. Also they are a bit spikey and may hurt larger delicate fish.As for the tree itself, its awesome. Comes in suitable colors to help match your decor. Has a nice weighted screw in base as well. Very satisfied with my purchase. Please see photos and videos I posted. Thanks for looking.

Excellent Artificial Aquarium Decor
I am very big on using natural materials when I aquascape. I am rarely a fan of artificial aquarium decor. I like aquariums to be and look as realistic as possible. I like to aquascape with realism to imitate an aquatic habitat. However, this particular product is exceptional. The molding, texture, and general look is really good with this particular product. It even gets better after some time because once some algae or aquatic moss coats it then it begins to look even more realistic. It provides a decent, natural-looking refuge for smaller fish and other creatures. Also, there is some versatility with this product. You can bend and trim to some extent to help conform it to your particular space. This product does need to be securely placed by the base into the substate to maintain its position. The branches need to be securely assembled to avoid them coming loose and floating. You can expect to smell a plastic, chemical smell when you first open the package, but that is common with many artificial products. The branches may have some little sharp points, so handle with a little bit of caution while assembling. These points, if you have any, will become smoother once they are in the aquarium long enough for algae to coat it. I have not had any trouble with them hurting my fish. Again, I must stress that I rarely care for artificial aquarium decor, but this product is exceptional. It blends wonderfully with my other natural decor. I strongly recommend this product.
