Bought this partially because of the price and I was disappointed to find out that Google will not support it anymore with updates...wish I knew this before I purchased it but I guess you get what you pay for....disappointing

It is pretty basic. It functions okay for surfing the net
It is pretty basic. It functions okay for surfing the net, but feels clunky while doing so. I'm learning some ins and outs of the Chromebook. I use it primarily for surfing and watching Netflix, so it works okay for that. For the price, how can you really go wrong?

Outdated OS, won't update
Google only publishes/allows updates on devices that are within 5 or so years of when the product started to be sold. This refurb chromebook is past that time, it arrived with Chrome V58 installed, and when trying to update it, I'm told it won't update as this hardware is no longer supported. Current version (at time of review) of Chrome is V74, it's over a year behind on the OS version and can't update. Device returned for refund. Bought a new HP Chromebook for $40 more, it'll work and update for 5 years...Moral of the story, don't buy a refurb Chromebook.

Nice, but....
A nice chrome book in itself. However upon when I started it up the first message was 'buy a new one, as this model can not be updated to the latest OS'. I returned it.

Not bad, but have to get used to no way ...
Not bad, but have to get used to no way to save files directly on it. Also, can't get the Google wireless interaction with my new printer to work and it was confusing and got a run-around trying to do so - was and is BULLS*** !!!

Could of been better
Great price but the charging cord I was sent does not work and no one is communicating with me for resolution. I now want a full refund!!Update: I was sent a new cord and everything is working great. I’ve updated the stars. Thank you
