LEMOMO Black Blackout Curtains/42 x 63 Inch/Set of 2 Panels Rod Pocket Room Darkening Curtains for Bedroom

I live in an apartment complex full of little goblins people call children. They like to run up and down the sidewalk for no discernible reason yelling at the top of their lungs while their parents watch on in mild amusement drinking wine on their patio. Lovely family time, I guess. So, naturally, I put these on every window I could. And now my evenings are much quiter, without sacrificing the look of my apartment. They’re easy to pull back during the day when the goblins are away and easy to cover when they emerge in the evenings. So I can just cover my windows and put on a movie and it’s like they’re not even there! These block out a lot of light and sound from the neighborhood and match my decor nicely. I put sheer white curtains over these to create a softer look in the bedroom and it’s gorgeous! Saves my sanity and creates a nice atmosphere.

I ordered my curtains last night and received them by 10:00 the next morning. I ordered two sets of curtains I would say the fabric is very thick and of good quality. I'm going to guess it's probably a polyester blend. If you have cats or dogs, you need to keep them away from the curtains because more than likely, they can snag the curtains with there nails, but again very very good quality for the price. They are almost 100% blackout. If I had to rate them, I would say they were 99.9% blackout . I haven't washed them yet however I do a lot of sewing and work with fabric, so this kind of fabric should wash well in a delicate cycle. I posted a picture, but I allowed the curtains to be parted slightly so that you can see how much light was outside when I took the picture. The color is a true black and you can barely see any light filtering through the curtain in the picture. I would say very very good price for the curtains. In several reviews I did see other people that posted their pictures. And the fabric in those pictures seems to be much thinner. However the curtains that I received are much thicker and does not allow hardly any light through. This window is a West-facing window, and when I took the picture it was in indirect light. there was no direct sun on the curtains which may be the reason why it looks almost 100% black out versus other pictures you've seen that other people have posted where you can see the sun shining through and the fabric looks much thinner.

In the mornings the sun rises directly above my window so it’s super bright and the light alone makes me wake up at 6 am and i am a heavy sleeper. With that being said, these blackout curtains do miracles because I do not wake up because I cannot tell wether it is 8pm or 5am!!!! I get a lot of light into my room even at night so this is definitely worth the money! The black ones are chefs kiss and i see someone posted a video of the cream one like no shit it’s not gonna block the light it literally hits it so it will still reflect Into the room so highly recommend darker colors!

I live on the corner of two well lit streets, with a street lamp across the street on both sides of the house. Even in the middle of the night it is bright as day in my house, particularly the living room. I was using vinyl window covers and it was effective enough, but unattractive and hard to trim just right, so there were lots of little cracks of light around the edges. But it was cheap compared to the expensive single panels of light-blocking curtains sold at all the nearby big box stores that are a single layer of fabric with that weird backing that starts to turn rubbery and flake off after too much sun exposure.I decided to buy these curtains after much searching based on reviews, how nice they looked, and the fact that you get two panels for as much as I'd spend on one if I'd gotten them elsewhere. I figured if they didn't actually work as well as I hoped, at least they're inexpensive. They have surpassed my expectations in every way. They look absolutely gorgeous in person, and at night they keep everything pitch black. Even during the day, if the curtains are drawn the living room is very dim, dark enough to sleep in. Will definitely be buying more of these for all the rooms in my house.The photos were taken when the sky outside is at it's darkest, and every house light is off except the kitchen sink light so you can see how well they block out unwanted light. I included the 'night sight' photos since they're a bit closer to what the eye actually picks up with the sink light on, while the normal camera mode looks like what you'd see when there are no lights on inside and your eyes have adjusted to the dark.

The media could not be loaded.  Not tally blackout but it’s fine… the wrinkle-free is coming along. Give it a few days and is so worth the money. The color is creamy and they look like they cost more than they did.

As you can see in the picture with one half of the curtain up and the other half down, it does a tremendously good job keeping the room dark when I want to sleep. Very happy.

These curtains are a great color. The material is nice and sturdy. The stitching is strong. The sun blocking is amazing. Length is perfect. I don't know why it asks to rate sheerness they are not made to be sheer.

These work really well. I was expecting less and am pleasantly surprised. Great material, great color and keeps the room very dark.
