Excellent at removing buildup and odor
Works better than other cleaners to break down drum scum. Odor problem has dissipated. Sometimes the powder leaks from the packaging but not significantly.

As expected from its reputation, the black color is restored instantly, but it doesn’t last long.

Did a pretty good job, but not like the rave reviews
The machine was downright much cleaner, but the advertisements and rave reviews made it sound like it would like new clean. Maybe it really needed the cleaning, and it's gonna need another cleaning? I dunno, it's improved, and I'll take it. The really slow shipping didn't impress me though.

Amazing and works beautifully in the washer !!!
It's a wonderful product but all the directions were in French so I had to look online for the proper way to use it.

Arrived open and all words in another language!
It Arrived open contents spilled everywhere and all words in another language! I had no idea what the directions said so I had to come back here to this page to read them.

I think it is common knowledge just how hard it is to get rid of black mould, and many people have this issue from bathrooms, to garages, cars etc, but I wasn't expecting to find it in my washing machine. I had pulled back the seal just by accident and I was completely SHOCKED by how much there was growing in there. I immediately went online looking for washing machine cleaners, and found this one. I know Dr.Beckmann make a tremendous carpet stain cleaner, so I thought why not try this..... I have to say, I am mightily impressed. My washing machine looks literally BRAND NEW inside the drum. Could not believe it. That was just after pouring one box in and putting it on a 60 degrees celcius wash. It smells cleaner, and one thing I have noticed is that my washing, when I air dry it, now smells a lot cleaner too. This was great value for money to the point I bought 5 of them. Instructions are clear and it is easy to use. It comes in a good quality, little carboard box, no plastic packaging, so you can recycle it no problem. I am very impressed and would highly recommend this to anybody wanting to clean their washing machine with ease.
