Perfect for the punchbag, I reckon this could take my wife's weight if I reinforce the ceiling... Arrived quickly too!

Very poor product. From the description they are supposed to be very strong. however when using them to hang steel targets onto chains, after only 3 shots from 350m both shackles had snapped and looking at the cross section of the brake the metal is of poor quality with slot of impurities
