Some arrived broken
Really nice variety of charms. One letter of the alphabet was missing, one was split/broken and one was missing a connector. I didn’t think it was worth returning just for that, if more had been damaged/missing I would have. Fit my crocs well and they stay on pretty well.

there isnt the letter M in the product
i like the product but as you can see they gave me 2 letter K's and there is no letter M so im quite disappointed. The value of money is alright but if a bit cheaper it would be okay
