Works Superbly! The inflammation is GONE!, at first I thought it was a placebo effect, so I quit taking it for just 1 1/2 days, and the inflammation came back, but I soon thereafter started taking it again, and I feel like im walking on clouds of cotton candy! Yes! Good Item. The ingredients in here are totally natural and far superior than any OTC pain relief which is chalk full of chemicals, put good things in your body and your body responds well.

I work outdoors and lift and move a lot of things all day in the heat. At the end of the day I am SO Sore, every bone and joint hurts (I am getting old I suppose)!! They did not work for me at all, but I didn't have any side effects from them, even when I doubled the recommended dose. I couldn't ever tell that I was taking them.They are of average size. They are a clear gelatin capsule filled with a beige herbal powder. They have no real taste or smell and I found them very easy to swallow.They came well sealed, fresh and in great condition.I was hoping they would help my arthritis. It was really worse than it's ever been though during some of the time I have been taking this. I feel I gave it a good chance- I only have a few left.

This comes in a fine real blue glass bottle and has equally good ingredients. I know the ingredients help because, I can even feel a bit of relief and it takes a lot to accomplish that. I figure that the average person that just works out hard and gets sore would definitely benefit.It also has Ginger Root in it that’s great for my stomach issues. I don’t see that it’s GMP Certified but, the ingredients have been studied, the ingredients are 100% Natural. I got this product to help me with my joint pain which is due mostly to aging. I really like the high quality concentrated herbal blend that reduces inflammation. My joint pain is worse after exercise and this is going to help me with that. I have been taking this product for a short time but I already feel the benefits, I am really pleased with this product.

These capsules arrive in a dark blue glass bottle, not plastic. The capsules themselves seems to have the same amount of volume. I have had others where some were fill & others seemed to be only 2/3 full, not so with these.Being in mid-50's with bad knees (running days are over, but still walk 4 - 5 miles daily) these do seem to help some with keeping the inflammation down. I still know I have bad knees, but at least these seem to help with them not being quite as uncomfortable during the day.
