Dark Fury (Formerly RAGE) Wheel and Bug Cleaner, 1 Gallon, Made in USA

I really like this for tires, wheels, and bugs. So often it's simply spray on, wait 45-60 seconds, and pressure wash off. Even without a pressure washer it usually takes no more than a wipe or two. Some stubborn bug guts may take a little more effort, but not much. It also works well on other types of dirt and grime. I dilute it 4:1, so a bottle or gallon will last quite a long time. Safe on paint. And the price is great. Highly recommended.

I don't own a foaming sprayer, but I put this stuff at the full recommended 4:1 dilution in an old Dawn Powerwash spray bottle. It tries to foam, but that's not a big deal. Anyways, the product did pretty well at the recommended dilution. I used on my black anodized wheels that haven't seen a car wash for about 5 years. They had a thick layer of brake dust, and a few rusty spots on them. I started on one side of the truck, sprayed it on 2 wheels, and let the product sit for about 1 minute. I then sprayed it down with a hose using my thumb over the end to try and create some pressure. I didn't want to get out the pressure washer just for my wheels. I also wanted to see what this product could do. It did ok. I hit it with a nylon brush after spraying it off, and that helped remove more brake dust. Then I moved to the other side of the truck. I reduced the dilution to 2:1 (twice as strong), and it performed significantly better. It still didn't remove all of the brake dust, but anywhere that I could reach with a brush removed 95% of it. It didn't remove any of the rust spots, but I don't remember it advertised as a rust remover. I think the product is great. Now I'm going to invest in a foaming sprayer next. The before photo is a from a few months earlier and isn't a great photo because I wasn't taking a picture of the wheel. I had to zoom into the photo, so it's quite blurry. But you can see the brake dust all over the tire. The only place that wasn't coated in the dust was the center cap, which you can see is black. The rest of the wheel has a red tint from the dust. The after photo shows where the brake dust didn't get removed. The after photo was at the recommended 4:1 dilution.

Great cleaner for tires and bugs. You must agitate tires or use a pressure washer, but it will leave them behind perfect flat matte dark rubber, which looks good on it's own, or is ready for tires shine.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Product is amazing at cleaning rims and removing bug and tar off paint. Please dilute accordingly as in consentrated form it may harm paint. If used properly, this will be your go to product.

I give it 4 stars. When compared side by side to some better products like Meguiars All Wheel Cleaner it just doesnt give the same shine. It does clean well but for really good and easy cleans on very dirty rims this isnt the top choice. It does work good though and i recommend having it and trying it out for maintaining your clean. Non-accidic is a plus and the reason I went with this.

This product is great at 4:1. I haven't found anything that works better besides an acid wheel cleaner. Oh and Superior products wire wire wheel cleaner is awesome also.

This is the pro detailers go to for wheels that are really dirty. Easily takes off a lot of grime. Doesn't damage wheels as long as you dilute it correctly, don't let it dry, don't apply in direct sun (use common sense). Superior products are great values too for the price/performance.
