3-year product care for a TELEVISION from £350 to £399.99

I’m happy with this protection, but I no longer require it, I only had this product for a week or two, it was for my dad who’s 79 and while he was in hospital it got stolen he was robbed and now he’s no tv and he can’t get the protection money back, he only used the tv for one week when he went into hospital, it’s not fair that my dad should have to pay the full amount for one week only, this cover isn’t covered by home insurance either, I won’t be taking out protect your bubble again I will find alternative cover

Disappointed with the picture. Looking head on it is great but fades when looking at an angle. Picture changes during playback as it tends to self adjust brightness and the wrong way in that it goes darker with dark scenes and lighter with light scenes. This may be down to user adjustments by the operator but have tried a number of options so far. I replaced this TV 50 inch from an older 50 inch and this looks considerably smaller, but the diagonal measurement is 50 inches so it may be my perception. I must measure the height and width to compare. Not done this yet. Apps are great.

Tv went faulty, Amazon sent out a replacement, not protect your bubble. Replacement arrived smashed up. Then both Amazon and the insurance refused a replacement. So I got a refund from Amazon and took my service elsewhere. The insurance was pointless as they kept passing me back to Amazon!

The fire stick is very good. Enjoyed using it would recommend it to my friends
