Defective design and deceptive product marketing
This product has a design defect. The Agarbatti do not stand the way shown in the photograph by the manufacturer. They stand sideways and ash falls all over the floor making it a nuisance to clean up each time . I can’t understand why Amazon is allowing such products to be sold through its portal. Totally misleading marketing. This is not expected of Amazon. I will not get a refund only because Amazon team did not do their homework prior to allowing this to be sold on its portal. Feeling cheated and let down by Amazon which I used to blindly trust for quality issues.

Not useful. Don't buy.
The media could not be loaded. The ash is falling down. Spoiling the puja mandir. Useless. Not returnable also.
