I'm on a limited budget for my go kit and field medical use, but thought I'd try this "bargain."TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! Larger listed length and width hide the fact that these are paper thin compared to any other brands I've ever used. I don't anticipate more than a couple of minutes of actual cold from these.

I have a chronic ankle injury and I thought these packs would be good for icing after hiking while camping. They are about the right size and very storable, but not only got about 5 minutes of cold. I usually ice for 20-30 minutes, so they aren’t very economical
