Like a jet engine
You have to kind of expect louds noise levels with Flex ATX PSU's.My unit had coil whine so according to SilverStone so was returned, may have been simply bad unit.

Absolutely not a low noise fan
It works fine, and the black cables look good, but I can't stress enough how loud the fan it comes with is. Almost unbearable.
