The sleeve that came with it, protects the bottle well. Pop the top and there's the straw. Looking to get a second bottle to completely eliminate plastic bottles. Very good value for the price.

One of the two we received had a faulty rubber seal on the cap; it looks like it was crushed during manufacture/assembly so water leaked out of the container. I returned the unit and received a replacement. So far, we're happy with our purchase.

My cage is a bit too large for this but a thin foam insulating cup (like the ones you use around beverage cans) fits perfectly and makes it snug in the cage. There's a small rubber o-ring inside the flip cover that may break. Just take it off, you don't need it. The top flips open just fine on it's own. The spring seems to be hefty and I've had no issues. Just be sure it holds enough water for your needs.

The media could not be loaded. This review might make me seem very picky but accurate information is important to me when making a purchase based on a vendor’s description. The first thing I thought when taking this water bottle out of the package is that it was smaller than I expected. The description said that it holds 18 ounces. I filled the bottle to the maximum it will hold with the top on and found that it was only 16 ounces. (See video)The vacuum bottle itself is made of sturdy and attractive construction but the top doesn’t seem very practical. As pointed out in another review, you have to suck on the silicone spout to get liquid out. It will not flow much with gravity. One trick is blowing gently on the spout to increase the internal pressure and force the liquid out a bit faster. Because the top is dependent on an internal straw that fits into the silicone mouthpiece you can’t really get all the liquid out either. The straw is also problematic for cleaning. The top seems to be spring loaded but silicone mouthpiece pushes up against the top causing it to pop open.Another description issue I have is the claim that the bottle has a no slip base. There is nothing on the base to prevent slippage.Overall this bottle is a bit pricey for what you get. I cannot recommend its purchase in good faith.

Nice looking and seems to be well made. Insulation appears to work well. Has a nice flip top lid- button activated that shields the drinking straw from dirt. Cap seems to seal extremely well- since I usually carry this in a rack trunk this is a plus. Drinking straw is on the small side compared to a lot of other water bottles; not a problem for me; if I want to drink more I unscrew the lid. Biggest problem- and not the water bottles fault- it fits the cages on my mountain bike, but it is too small for the ones on my road bike. I would have thought that the cages are standardized but apparently there are at least 2 sizes. The width of this water bottle is 2.5 inches.
