Prevents Losing Hearing Aids!
We got this after our mom decided to take off her over-the-ear hearing aids and drop them in a cup of coffee. Since then, she's tried to repeat that feat with her new hearing aids but, thanks to the lanyard, been unable to do it. I'm impressed at how well the little plastic bands grip the body of the hearing aids; they stay right where I initially positioned them and don't slide and cover parts of the hearing aid they shouldn't.

Works very well however……
These are very good to keep from losing your hearing or Bluetooth device however you are led to believe you receive two units when you will only receive one. The seller is misleading.I kept the one I received and as stated before they work very well.

Keeps you from losing your hearing aids.
It's hard for me to attach to the hearing aid but easily falls off.After wear. Difficult to click in the back.of neck so I have to clip it in front

Best tethers so far!
Because my ears itch, I was pulling my hearing aids out. Lost a pair. Tethers are key! I haven't lost one since. These are my favorite tethers so far. They fit my aids, don't pull, have a low profile and I find the clip easy to use!

Not very secure
I will admit I’m using this outside of its intended use. I work in a factory and am using this to tether my hearing protection to my shirt. The clip isn’t very secure and falls off often. It would be better if the clip was longer. This would easily fall off if you were to lean back in a chair or couch.
