The flavor is good for what it is, it isn't as good as sugar, nothing is, but it is the best alt sweetener there is that is perfect for keto and other sugar negative diets/lifestyles.So, I do a 2 parts this and one small teaspoon sugar in my coffee just to get those carbs down to under 3 or so per cup of coffee/tea. The sugar just to do a final small cut to the slightly bitter taste but its good enough even without..and its vastly better than the other stuff (equal, stevia, etc).

This particular brand of Erythritol crystalizes bad. To the point anything I use it in becomes gritty... At the least. But you pay for quality, that is true. This is cheap for the amount you get. It came with the bottom busted out last time I ordered, but the company did handle the situation accordingly. This stuff isn't bad for the price you pay, but I am extremely reluctant to use this in certain baked goods as opposed to competitor brands. Buy at your own risk. I won't be buying this brand again.

Looks like sugar, feels like sugar, bakes and cooks up like sugar.It will even caramelize.Also, 5lbs for $25 is a good deal.I used to buy it at various grocery stores and, it was between $5.99-7.99 for 1lb.This purchase is my 5th order.You won't be sorry.

This works well in general baking, as well as sweetening beverages. It is not exactly equivalent to sugar (it is less sweet).

I thought several different types erythritol and this one is fine it just has a slightly different taste than some of the others. It’s still sweet it does the job was just a slightly off taste so if you’re looking for something that has a more sugar taste this probably isn’t your product

I make keto cookies and other baked goods with this. It can also be put in a blender to make powder (like confectioner's sugar) which works better for some items. Will purchase again.

This did sweeten my coffee. Not as sweet as sugar so it did require more of it. I gave it 4 stars for flavor because it had an aftertaste, in my opinion.

This is a terrific deal for the amount of product. It tastes great and is excellent when ground in a coffee grinder to make powered erythritol.
