Hi, I was really satisfied with the quality because I've paid 1000 bucks for just a kickstand.. but the problem is the kickstand will be an obstacle while keeping the phone inside the pocket and removing it from pocket.. mine broke after a couple of months of usage.. now I don't want to spend another 1000 bucks on it.. the gum marks on the case while removing the kickstand have left it with permanent marks which makes my case disgusting.. think twice before buying and my suggestion is that if you are a kickstand lover, go for a case which already had a kickstand with it..

A bit too short
Good but wud be better if it were a bit longer

Really good product. Happy and using it daily.
If you ever had a Seidio case (when they were still good quality case) this probably reminds you of their built in kickstand in the back and is exactly what I wanted. For my note 8 I bought a Encased Galaxy Note 8 Rugged Belt Case, Encased [Rebel Series] Impact Armor w/ Holster Clip for Samsung Galaxy Note 8 [Military Grade Protection] (Black) with holster for my Note 8 and it did not come with a kickstand built in. I really like the simplicity of the this magnetic kind and glad that Spigen makes these. I do not like the donut or ring stick on the back type.***My phone case is smooth. if you have a textured phone case it may or may not stick to the backing!***So I bought 2 to stick to the back of my Note 8 for more stability. After sticking them both on and testing out one leg closed and the other open, It turns out that it is very balanced without needing to buy two, but I am very happy and no regrets for sticking two on. It's like good-> better.Note, if you only buy one, it works as it should, just use common sense on where you stick it on so weight is distribute evenly as possible. I can tap a button on screen without the kickstand clicking into place. However, if you put too much pressure to one side it will push your phone away. Remember I am sticking this with a Note 8 with a case. If the phone was naked; I cannot comment on the stability of needing 1-2 kickstands.Tips:>Use some blue painters tape to "test out" where you should position the kick stand(s). Open the kickstand and tape the magnetic opening to a spot and see what you like best. I chose to have my volume buttons face up and placed the kickstand most to the power button side for more tilt back. If you know you like to have your phone more back angle, you might want to place your kickstands close to the volume buttons. It's really about what you want>I do not mind my phone looking "ugly" (helps deter theft I think) so I had a car mount magnet that I taped on the back of my case then positioned and added more painter's tape to the sections right above (Where I wanted the kickstand) and taped the kickstand to the tape. I know I bought the case for damage prevention, but just in case I regret my placement it'd be easier to remove with easy painter's tape than pulling the adhesive off the case directly.Cons:>Creates a 'bump" once you stick it on the back of your phone, no issues with holster though. Also since I used 2 it's 'balanced'. No wobbly bump.> I do not know, but some people may be concerned that the magnets+case will interfere with wireless charging. Uncertain.> Because I use 2 the indention where you flick the kickstand open is facing the same way. Like if you open a briefcase the pull notches are for your right and left thumb. But imagine it's both only opens for your left thumb, or in this case I use two hands.> I need two hands to open the kickstand, but that might be just because of how I laid mine out.

Love this thing
Love this thing, allows me to stand my phone. I can place on any phone case and it doesn't block the back of my Samsung S8...therefore I'm still able to use the wireless charging dock. First time I bought this, spring broke and it came with only one adhesive. Second one I bought seems to be holding up and came with a 2nd adhesive incase you want to remove it and place it on another phone/case. I'd buy this kickstand again for the low profile. Hopefully the 2nd one last a little longer. 9/10, would recommend!

Almost the perfect phone stand. But still but still better than anything anything else I can find.
Seems to be very sturdy , durable and def not cheaply made. definitely better than anything I could find. Sticks perfectly fine. If yours didn't stick you phone surface was probably dirty. It would be perfect and I would pay more money if the:-It was longer or hinge opened just a little more.-Had both edges have a slit to flip open the stand instead of only one side OR have the slit to open the stand on the edge opposite of the hinge.--Magnet was stronger!!If stand was longer or if the hinge could open up a little more, the stand won't automatically filp back with every little movement. It would stand much sturdier this way.The stand easily opens up on its own all the time, but at the same time, it takes a little fidgeting to get the stand open. If the slit to open the stand was on both sides it would be easier to flip open. But would be even easier to open if the slit was just in the very edge where it can be easily opened. In order for the stand not open up on its own, it needs a much stonger magnet.

Great Kickstand, Good Customer Support
This kickstand was wonderful when I got it; sturdy, reliable, and felt good to the touch. Due to the phone case I was using though, the adhesive eventually wore off and it fell off. I wrote to Spigen support recently just asking for some new adhesive - the kickstand was fine but I wanted to stick it back onto a new phone case I had. Despite ordering it over a year ago, they chose to help me out and send a totally new one free of charge!I will note this though, if you ordered this product on Amazon you want to use their customer support through Amazon. I sent them a couple emails to the address they listed on their site and never heard back - not sure if it's just an old email address or what, but I got prompt replies as soon as I messaged them from here.A note to Spigen: your product is great, but maybe send a few extra adhesives with the kickstand and have the option of buying a few online. I really appreciate the replacement, it just seems like overkill when all you need is a new sticker to get it back on the phone.Cheers,Josh

Overpriced and NOT sturdy
I don't usually write reviews, and this isn't a review to air my difficulties because of a minor hassle. No, this item is just genuinely disappointing. I've purchased this item as well as the Spigen Clear case with kickstand for the Note 10+, it is the same stand so i'll make references to both.My first encounter with the stand was with the Spigen Clear case for the Note 10+, it's the one that is sold "built" into the case itself. The kickstand, however, came off my case in less than 3 months, if that. Not by being in my pocket, but by placing my phone down on a flat surface. I'm not rough with my phone at all, it cost over a grand anyways so I'm careful, but just placing it down and I suppose with repeated use of placing it down, the spring will COME OUT.I noticed that it is only held together by a small "pin" that fits in at the top of the kickstands hinge. This small pin WILL move and come out of place with just NORMAL use. It is almost impossible to push it out manually by hand...so it's quite surprising that some normal movement, placing, and I guess vibrations will slowly edge this pin up and outward. I find myself using my fingernail when I see it popping up again to push it back into place. Moreover, the adhesive used on the phone case (which I assume is the same adhesive they give you for this kickstand) didn't stick too well on my phone. It was quite easy to just pull it off...with minor effort. For this kickstand I even decided to use super glue to keep it on the new case that I bought for it. However, with THIS kickstand for the new phone case, the pin and spring came out AGAIN...and all I did was place it down on my nightstand by my bed.I have salvaged it by using small pliers and re-aligning the spring and re-inserting the pin...but this isn't something that I should even be doing in the first place. Very disappointing as I value kickstands on my phone and don't want to sacrifice aesthetics by using a "pop socket".TL:DR = I am a very careful smart phone user. Have TWO of these kickstands (One that was "built" into one of Spigen's cases) and BOTH failed and came apart in less than 3 months of use. This rating wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the fact that this kickstand itself cost as much as a case that they also sell with it. If your product is going to be this unreliable and not very sturdy, at least make it cheaper.
