I take this kind of stuff for joint pain due to weight lifting. I squat 405, bench 300, deadlift 405 just to give you an idea. I'm 41 and just have wear and tear joint pain. So none from injuries or twisting things the wrong way.I was on Wobenzym 3 pills a day only. So not the 6 a day. When I stop taking Wobenzym, I notice elbow and knee pain in about 1 week. I have noticed that my elbow and knees were starting to get more sore than usual, so I was going to up the dose to another 3 pills at night (6 total).I switched to this product at 1 pill in the AM an 1 in the PM and no elbow or knee pain. So it's working because I know what it's like when I'm not taking any Wobenzym.This product is much cheaper and does the same thing. I can take more due to the low cost compared to Wobenzym.No stomach issues or any other side effects.

I take two separate products, a Probiotic and Digestive Enzymes. About the time I turned 60 I began to have digestive issues, looked into Digestive Enzymes, found a great product which really helped. Added a daily probiotic a few years later. Have tried several different brands of both products. When I read up on the Wonder Lab Proteolytic Enzymes, I thought I might be able to switch to one product, anyway, it is a little too strong for my system, gave me cramps, this does and will happen with various strengths, you just have to try and find the one that is best for your system. THIS IS A VERY GOOD PRODUCT! If you tend to eat high protein foods, and have digestive issues, I suggest you try it. I gave this product to a neighbor friend, he has a hearty appetite and eats meat, he thanked me and said it really works for him, his digestion is so much better. He noticed the difference within a couple of days. Hope this helps anyone wanting to give this product a try.

With these enzymes I'm able to eat steak, fried foods, and fatty foods again. It's amazing how your digestive track changes after you hit 40. These are a life saver.

I started taking this brand after the leading german brand was out of stock. After a month of taking them (2 pills, four times a day), severe knots in my neck and back muscles have begun to loosen up. I followed this up by a couple of visits to a massage therapist and I also lie on a few massage tools to help work through issues (note, the massages/etc have been far more effective since the muscles have loosened up somewhat).In general, I have found this brand to be not only significantly cheaper, but also more effective than the leading brand, the latter is perhaps due to the higher dosage of bromelain. I can not recommend these enzymes enough; I have made significant progress over the last month after years of trying other approaches, including physical therapy.

I wished I had inquiry before ordering this item. I contacted the company directly through their website and they confirmed that the source of the proteolytic enzymes is porcine (pork). It was not stated on the description. This item is non-returnable so now I wasted my money. Be aware.

Started taking Wonder Labs Proteolytic Enzymes a week ago. OMG! I've suffered with auto-immune diseases for 34 years. The past 5 years I've had fluid retention and swelling resulting in vasculitis in my lower legs. Recently my digestion had nearly come to a halt. Gave these a shot and I am sold after a week! Fluid has left my legs and belly! My constantly swollen fingers have been skinny off and on and 2 totally pain free days. Things are not going to be perfect overnight, but this is the most relief I've had in 34 years! I learned these enzymes break down fibrin from inflammation. After decades of inflammation, these little pills have their work cut out for them! There are bad reviews on here. Ignore them. Get a small bottle and try. I use 2 pills 3x a day. Most definitely will be buying more so I don't run out! My body was shutting down for death and these saved my life!

Wonder Laboratories Proteolytic Enzymes arrived quickly and packaged well. I have used this regularly since receiving and they have helped with my digestion particularly after dinner. I was having issues with sluggish digestion particularly at night. This product has helped with acid reflux and stomach distress. I would highly recommend this formulation.
