Fast shipping. I've been consuming it. I'll update with my new lab work . My calcium of a trace high.amt. Vit k2 keeps the calcium in the bone , not circulating in the blood.

I actually had to give this away because it was too strong for me. I have had the same problem with topical K2 at a lower dose, so I am sure it is the dosage. While there isn't an established upper limit for K2, I'm prone to side effects from high doses of any vitamin, and I don't like putting that much extra strain on my liver.But from the two doses I endured, my carpal tunnel symptoms have almost entirely vanished and I feel closer to my "prime" than I have in years! This is an extremely bioavailable supplement and didn't cause any typical "allergic" reaction symptoms, which is hard to find for me. I would repurchase if available in a low dose form (probably less than 100 mcg total).I can barely find a K2 supplement that doesn't directly contain legume ingredients, or other allergens including nuts and corn. I especially can't eat soy or chickpeas, the primary ingredients used to manufacture K2, so I'm lucky if I can tolerate the refined plant forms at all.I'm going to give emu oil a shot even though it has much lower vitamin K values. Maybe the omega's will be worth it.

My blood levels are perfect and I’m overweight, had life, athleticism all catches up with one.
