Great fit. Just needs to be softened up for every day use. It’s a little stiff.

On hot days in Southern California this cooling shade is amazing! It kinda annoys me that the cooling layer and the reflective layer are separated and open up like a bag when you wear it. It doesn't effect the performance it still works fine, but it looks funny. It also gets hard like a dry shammy when it's dry so you have to remove it to wet it again to soften it up. It's annoying to wear when it's dry. For shade there are easier products that work better but for a cooling shade I'd recommended this product.

I bought this for my husband who works outside and has to wear a hard hat. He loved it so much I had to buy 2 more for him.

I may not have read the description correctly but you can not wear tgis with a hat hat unless it’s wet. When dry it’s extremely stiff

I purchased these and the Miracool hard hat neck shades. The miracool put the absorbent material on the top of the head with a fabric shade. When it is soaked in water, it felt great but it lifted the hat too high on my head. This model just hangs from the back of the suspension system. So, it does not affect fit. It also has just enough stiffness to stay in place and shade the entire neck. The 4 velcro fastening tabs also help it stay where it is supposed to be. But, if you;re short-necked, you'll find you need to keep it wet to keep your hat on as the material is stiff enough when dry to force your hat off when you move your shoulders. That is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. With the high-visibility yellow fabric on the outside, this would be nice to wear in the late fall when sun is still an issue when working on a road but it is not as hot. Otherwise, it is a great product.

Great for hot summers and working on asphalt.

I've had this for 3 years its good quality helps in the hot weather . Looks silly but hey im not over heating or burning my neck could cover the ears better though and is super easy to add and remove.
