Hasbro Gaming B6494 Monopoly Junior: Yo-kai Watch Edition

Monopoly Jr where have you been all my life? We are a game family yet rarely play regular monopoly bc of childhood memories of games that would not end even once playing with the one lost its appeal. This is a great version- the medallions and figures have great beyond game appeal and the game is quick enough to mean you can say yes whenever your kids ask. The game ends when someone collects a certain number of medallions (5 I think). Sometimes that happens before very much rent has been paid out, so every now and then we will play according to the regular Monopoly rules and stop only when the cash is gone. The medallion holders have gotten a little worse for the wear with repeated use, though it doesn't affect game play at all. At under 10 bucks this has been my go to game to include in bday presents (and we all know April and May are high season for stinking bday parties LOL).

I bought this game for my daughter because she is obsessed with Yokai Watch. It was an instant hit with her and her friends! It is simple enough for small children to play, and the game only lasts about 15 minutes.

Yo-kai Watch is my four year old daughter's favorite Nintendo 3DS game, favorite show, favorite toys and now it's her favorite board game. The board itself is super adorable with cat Yo-kai Jibanyan front and center (his even missing a chunk of his ear). The Yo-kais that surround the board are vibrant and fun and the watches where you keep your captured Yo-kais really keeps the theme together. The playing pieces are pretty well detailed for little plastic pieces and your you can chose from Jibanyan, Whisper, Komasan or Komajiro. The limited edition Yo-kai medal that comes with the game is a really nice plus and my daughter was super excited when she saw it. All in all, I'm very satisfied with this purchase. It gives my family a fun family game night and keeps my daughter surrounded by her characters.

This is a really fun game. I played it with my two nephews and we all had a such a great time. The board is good quality. The pieces are all nice and big so you really can’t miss him so no losing them.

Simple game, and quick to end...yet fun for any Yo-kai Watch fan. If only the watch boards and medals were of better quality, and not plain cardboard. Younger children may bend or tear them easily. Also the game tokens could have had more colour/detail to them. All in all, still quite happy with the game.

We really enjoy playing this version of monopoly. It's quick and easy for kids of all ages. It's a great introduction to an awesome series as well. My son was so excited for the included Yokai medal. A keeper for sure.

My 5 year old has had an obsession with yo kai and absolutely loves this game. Very easy to teach and he caught on after a full game and constantly wants to play it, good part is that it doesn't last until everyone bankrupts, just until one player gets 5 yo kai medals. Comes with the most popular yo kai's as pawns and only have to deal with $1 bills as money (not positive if thats standard on all monopoly juniors)

This is an excellent board game for the Monopoly and Yo-kai Watch enthusiast, my son is both. This was a birthday gift to him and he absolutely loves it. The only issue we have is that the medallion holders or pretty flimsy and have no backing, so you are forced to play with this on a flat surface (you can't hold them in your hand as a collection). Excellent version of Monopoly.

Perfect game for young kids, my kids have no problem playing this alone (4&5), very cute characters too! Only down side is the game goes by really fast

El producto llego antes de lo esperado. El juego es extremadamente divertido y recomendable para niños mayores de 4 años, es muy fácil de entender y los personajes de Yokai les llaman mucho la atención.

Great game, fun and easy for younger kids, my 4 and 5 year old love it and even I don't mind playing it. The money being in 1s also makes it easy or them to understand and incorporate some easy adding and subtracting tasks without them realising they are learning.

El clásico monopoli pero de yo-kai

Lo compré para mis hijos de 6 y 9 años. al pequeño le gusta el monopoli normal pero se hace eterno. Este es muchísimo más sencillo (casi demasiado) pero las partidas son muy rápidas y ligeras.
