I bought this mop but was unable to use it right away and it unfortunately stopped spinning. I message customer service to trouble shoot the device. It was already outside the return period so I thought there was no hope in having a replacement much kore return it.To my surprise, customer service was very responsive and assisted me with trouble-shooting. I understand nothing is perfect and sometimes equipment simply don't work as expected.This product's customer service stood by its product and sent a replacement mop despite being outside the return period. I did not write a review right away because I wanted to make sure Im giving an accurate review over time.This is long overdue and I can honestly say that really love this mop. It has not broken down for me for over a year now and it has withstood many cleaning sessions with ease. It is quiet and very easy to use. The charge lasts long and its wireless capability between charges is a big plus. Im glad the company showed faith in its product and took the chance to replace my first mop. By doing so, they are standing by what they are selling and are certain that their product is going to deliver,Having a great product is something we consumers seek. Yet, having great customer service and support make a whole lot of difference.

I’ve used this mop three times so far. I’m loving it. We have LVP floor very light in color. This mop is light weight, glides easily across the floor and is not a back breaker. The reservoir is small. I filled it with water only and sprayed floor cleaner as I went, not using a ton of water. The battery lasts about 40 minutes. Easy to put together and easy to use. Comes with three sets of pads very easy to clean. I rinse them and throw in washer. Super happy with this purchase… it gets the job done!!!

This product is easy to put together and easy to use. I like that it sort of moves on its own but is easy to redirect. The speed isn’t too fast, it’s not too heavy, and I like that I don’t overwork my back. It comes with multiple pads, two for cleaning, two other ones that are softer and two for waxing. When it comes to cleaning the floors I’m not entirely sure how clean it cleanses because the pads weren’t as dirty as I thought they would be. I must say it did do an amazing job waxing my floors. I do love this mop, it makes me not hate mopping. The size isn’t bad either, I’m able to break it down some so it can fit in my closet. I like that you can detach the battery and charge it alone.

I love this thing! It works so well on my LVP floors. It doesn’t leave too much liquid and dries quickly. It’s very quiet. It isn’t heavy at all and is almost totally self propelled. Mopping is no longer a terrible chore!!

Assembly was a breeze! Easy to remove handle for storage and price was very affordable. Very easy to use and cleans very well.

First off, I believe mine was a return as two of the pads look to have been used. Liquid was in the unit also, which leaked on my recliner as I was getting it set up. Luckily it didn't discolor the chair. As for the performance, it does a good job while the charge lasts. It should come with two batteries honestly. I would have paid an extra $20-$30 bucks for that. Overall a decent product. Just don't be in a hurry if you have a lot of floors. Easy to use. I would buy another one if I had to. Would be great for a small apartment or a person with physical limitations.
