Seems real red chandan
It is sinking in water right away after putting in water. And I am able to make paste quite easily by rubbing on grinder stone.So it seems real chandan.Bt I am disappointed on white chandan I received. It is fake...

Genuine RED sandalwood
This is genuine ‘rakt-chandan’ or red sandalwood. Real red sandalwood never had any fragrance, and this one too doesn’t.Received two pieces. Very nicely packed in a resealable plastic bag.I haven’t yet used it but it seems to be of a good quality that too at very competitive price.Do buy this one if you are looking for red sandalwood.

It's not a sandle wood for sure
Doesn't have sandle fragrance, smells like some wood used to make furniture.
