AIR FORT 20" inch Box Fan - 3 Settings, Carry Handle, White Square Fan

This fan blows considerably stronger than my 3 other box fans. It has a convenient handle on the top panel and the front can be easily removed for cleaning the innards. The drawbacks— when running on a wood floor, it tends to inch forward (easily fixed by putting a few adhesive rubber squares on the bottom), and it’s a bit nosier than my other fans. The latter doesn’t bother me because this one works so well. Good indoor fan for the price!

I purchased this fan to replace an old one that had seen better days. Looked like a comparable replacement, so I opted for it...It's fine. It's a floor fan. It does the job… but my wife hates it. She think it's "too loud". Although I disagree with her on that point, I will say that it differs from our previous fan in that its speed levels seem upped a few notches. Where as our previous fan had three speeds: Slow, Medium and Fast… this one seems to have three speeds closer to Fast, Faster, and Watch out! Even on the lowest setting, it moves across the floor! I will place it near a doorway, and when I come back 15-20 minutes later, it will have moved a good six inches from where I had placed it. LOL!But it's a fan. I use it to blow cool air from our AC in another room to the back of the apartment. I wear ear plugs when I sleep, so it's really just white noise for me and doesn't bother me at all, ear plugs or not. If you're sensitive to sound, then this might not be the fan for you.

Quality built, see it in materials used, sturdy fan, force of fan is real nice, low is like medium on cheaper fans. No regrets. Very glad I purchased this fan for my room and one for sons room. He loves his too.

It cools my room down quickly when it cools off outside. Large but lightweight. A good purchase.

It came with broken edge but was operating very well. It is ver light in weight but at the same time so noisy but all of a sudden the fan was broken while operating and ended up by spreading all broken parts.

Does what every good fan should; Moves Air. And it does it well even on it's lowest setting. Fairly quiet compared to similar models. Would recommend.

Despite being advertised on Amazon.co.uk this is a 110 volt model only (no transformer), so does not work in uk. This product is shipped from the US and so costed more to ship back then can be recouped by returning it - so now stuck being out pocket with an unusable fan. Hence the one star review.

This fan is unusable. Makes too much noise. The noise is harsh and unpleasant. The blades are unbalanced and cause considerable wobble. I have another 20 inch Genesis fan that moves the same amount of air but is almost inaudible. The blades are balanced so there is no wobble. Fan is ok but doesn’t move much air even on highest setting. Noise level is typical of a box fan. I’m not impressed that the cord comes out the center back of the fan and not the bottom so it hangs out in the air.
