Study, high quality tray useful for freezing cookies and more
I have the original 1-cup Souper Cubes tray which I love, so I was excited to try out this new product. This cookie tray is intended for making cookies. The description says it's the same size as a #40 cookie scoop, which for reference is about ~1.6 tablespoons, 30g dough, and will make 2 3/4” cookie - I tend to make my cookies a little bit bigger but this has been a great way for me to secretly cut back on my sweet tooth a little.I've had it for almost a week, and it's very useful. Here's how I use it: after making the dough, I pop the cookies in the tray and just pressing it down with my hands - no cookie scoop needed. I typically free-form make cookies without a scoop, so I like this because my cookies are now more consistently sized. Pop it into the freezer to harden it, then I like to put the cookies in another container so I can use my tray to make more cookies (or other food). What I love about freezing cookies is the ability to take them out, and pop them into the oven (350F for 12-15 min) and then have freshly baked cookies! My trick is to make cookies whenever I have a chance, freeze them into the SouperCubes until they harden, and then put them in a freezer-friendly container - when I bake, instead of just having one type of cookie, I have the regular chocolate chip cookies, or macadamia white chocolate chip cookies, or matcha cookies all at my disposal and I can pop them out of the freezer and bake whichever assortment I choose! Now, I'm not a fan of a uni-tool, so what makes this product so great is that even though it's labelled a cookie tray, I've found it useful for a variety of other things. My husband is doing the keto diet, so I've used it to bake bite-sized keto brownies made with monkfruit sweetner - the shape and size make it great for portion control and bite-sized desserts! The brownie comes out smaller than a regular brownie square - since my husband has to limit his desserts, this make it perfect size for him to eat something sweet but not overindulge. I want to try baking dog treats and making mini cheesecake bites and mini mochi ice cream in the tray next. I also like freezing fruit in it - because of the circular shape, it fits fruit slices like strawberries and lemons much better than any ice cube tray. As a lazy cook, I've also found it useful for freezing herbs that I can quickly use to defrost. What I really like about this product is the attention to detail:- there's a slight lip around the tray, which is good for making sure liquid doesn’t spill out- the cover is the same size as the original SouperCubes tray, so it's been helpful using the lid interchangeably between the cookie tray and other trays- the cover fits nicely, so it's a tight seal - to remove the cover, set it on the countertop and wait ~1 min and the cover should come off fairly easily- sturdy tray - when baking/freezing, I notice other silicone trays tend to be not rigid, meaning you have to put a baking pan below it to make sure it doesn't collapse (and spill your food everywhere). I don't have this issue with this at all - it's made from quality silicone ingredients- oven-friendly - I was able to bake things in it - so I can take this straight from the freezer to the oven!- dishwasher safe - so convenient to just toss in the dishwasherTIPS:- it comes with two trays, so depending on how many cookies you make, you could potentially keep one and give one away!- Use it for things beyond cookies, e.g. brownie bites, fruit ice cubes, herb freezing- I think it pops out more cleanly the longer I freeze it for, e.g. overnight vs just 1 hour- It's stain resistant - I froze some red curry paste and it looked like it would stain, but it disappeared after a few days, and a wash in the dishwasher seems to do the trick!Summary: This is a high quality, sturdy, stain-resistant cookie tray that is amazing for the novice or advanced baker alike! It makes perfectly sized frozen cookie dough that looks so professional and organized in your freezer. Souper Cubes' cookie tray is an essential kitchen tool. By using it to freeze bite-sized desserts and other foods, there's no food wasted since I can bake/cook exactly what I need. The tight seal ensures no freezer burn. And the size is fantastic for portion control!

Great for cookie dough!
I love these trays! They are super sturdy and hold the right amount of cookie dough. My grandma loves sugar cookies and wants them every time I visit. With these trays I'm able to make a large batch of dough and freeze the extras so I can just pop a few into the oven prior to heading over to her house. As long as I'm making one batch of dough, I may as well double or triple it to save time later. It allows me to visit with cookies in tow more often. The other thing I love is that this allows my husband to bake a cookie or two when the craving strikes vs having to bake a whole batch where we may end up throwing some cookies away at the end of the week since I'm not very into sweets.

Can't Live Without Them!!!!
So perfect, so useful, so sturdy. They're everything they say they are. Talk about convenient!!! Make a batch of cookie dough, put dough in each well (I use a cookie scoop size 40), pat down the dough with your finger a bit if using a scoop, and FREEZE. When solid (or days later), take a tray out and turn upside down and press...they'll just pop out onto the cookie tray. Put the cookies in the oven and bake. I find that 9 minutes for the traditional chocolate chip cookie is the right timing. Then I let them sit on the hot sheet for a minute or two before removing them to a cooling rack. I'm putting another batch in the oven while this is going on. I became so crazy with these that I bought more of them. I now freeze an entire batch of chocolate chip cookies, and go on to make peanut butter cookies or another recipe and freeze that too. Then we have a choice of what to have, when we want fresh baked cookies. We only make one tray (unless giving them away or having company) because otherwise, we'd eat too many cookies in one sitting! I can't say enough about these or their other trays as well. Best thing that happened in my kitchen since Betty Crocker, Pyrex and Cuisinart! If you're unsure, buy one and freeze that tray, while making the rest of your batch regularly. Then later (when they're frozen) try them out. You'll likely be back for a few more!

Neat way to store frozen cookie dough.
Nice way to neatly have cookie dough ready to bake in the freezer. After filling the cups I put a piece of plastic wrap over the dough before putting the cover on. This makes it easy to remove the cover off the frozen container ( hold the wrap and pop the like). It also keeps dough from freezing to the lid and makes it easy to press the dough firmly into the cups.I usually make some cookies a bit smaller ( frugal I guess) than this container, but the size is ok for most. It’s nice that the frozen dough pieces spread and cook evenly.

Works well, but tiny and a bit redundant if you already have the small 2oz square trays
I have all the other variations of the 6x12" souper cubes and they are excellent. I would rate them all 5 stars. I've frozen food (leftover soup, chili, bananas for smoothies, unbaked lasagna) in them and baked previously prepped and frozen lasagna in them and they are great.I bought this size and shape specifically for egg bites and homemade dairy-free peanut butter cups (as shown in a marketing image) as we have a dairy allergy in the family. They function just as well as the other sizes, but I wish they were a bit bigger, especially deeper. I feel like I could have skipped these and just used the 2oz square trays I already have.I wouldn't buy them again because if the small capacity (since I already have two of the square 2oz size), but they do make pretty good tiny 1-bite egg bites. I will be searching for a more traditional cupcake sized silicone baking pan and I wish it could match the souper cubes I already have.

Always cookie time
Great for freezing ready to bake off or eating raw cookies. Stackable in the freezer for easy spacing. Good way to make large batches and have ready to go.

Great cookie dough holder
If you like to eat frozen cookie dough balls this is the item for you. You can cook up a couple or eat frozen. Does not hold really large scoops of cookie dough. I have only used for cookie dough but could put fresh lemon juice, freeze, and pop out into zip lock bag to store in freezer.
