They work great, but a few tips are needed for successful install.
I installed these valve cover gaskets on my 5.3 2007 suburban. Getting to the valve covers wasn't too hard (used You Tube). The tricky part that slowed me way down was getting the gaskets to stay in the cover as I placed them back on the engine. I found that some high temp grease or petroleum jelly applied to the underside of the gasket helped it to stick to the valve cover and not fall out during install. It's worked great with no leaks since reinstalling. The other tip I wished I knew beforehand was that these gaskets fit, but are a little tight (small). I found that taking a few seconds to stretch them out helped them to fit much easier so one end didn't pop out of the groove when pushing the opposite side in. For the second gasket, I just left it stretched over a cardboard box as I removed the valve cover and it didn't give me any trouble.

Good for the price. Does the job
The gasket is good for the price. Some compain about its not the correct pattern but i guess they dont know you have to turn it around, its plastic it folds backwards. The valve cover scre gasket were a bit smaller, not like the OEM size but i hope they get the job done and last for another 100k miles. Was use on a 07 tahoe 4.8. Also as a plus a gasket maker was also use to reforce the sealing. This was bought seperate by me.

Fit loose
Had to use rtv in 8 spots and let dry to hold them in place for installation. Sealed nicely afterwards. Not a bad product, just use a little and clamp in place for 15 to 20 minutes before installation.

Frequently parts hard to install lol
Fit on my 2012 gmc sierra. Just a little small as suspected but hard to get in place when it's upside down
