In the video I demonstrated what the difficult part of the process is.Here's the basic takeaways:•The electromagnetic field is STRONG and 100% will snap the pot down if is not centered properly (and is at the correct height)•The pot very well can scratch up your base so put something over it (I suggest something you can see through otherwise it is very hard to see the center)•Your plant should be as centered in the pot as much as you can to reduce the wobbly-ness (so it doesn't snap down when you take your hands away)•It's hard to describe the feeling but it's almost like there's a tiny little cylinder in the center that you have to balance it on. It's very small and hard to find at first but you'll feel it almost sit on it (lower the pot very slowly and it will help you find the right spot)About the product itself, wow! It's super cute and has been a great conversation starter. It functions better than I thought it would, once it is working it is pretty sturdy and would be hard to push off. It will not fall on its own, you can even spin it a bit without issues. Just be a little careful!Hats fully off to the seller, shipped very fast and came with good instructions. I was shocked too see they aren't that big of a company. Not gonna lie I already ordered another one for my partner, great gift and is so dang satisfying to look at. The media could not be loaded. This is a "WOW" product! The levitating plant is a definite conversation starter. It’s so cool and unique; I love the concept. I gifted this for Mother's Day, and she was amazed. It works really well, although it requires some patience to set up – but the instructions are great, making it an easy process. The only thing I wish it included was the plant itself, though I prefer real plants over faux ones, so it wasn’t a big issue. I found the perfect plant at Home Depot. This product is really cool, unique, and fun. If you are a plant lover or know someone who is, this is a must-have.

This items brings tranquil and creativity to my work space. Set up take a little getting use to. But the YouTube videos were great.

The product is great. It spins as slow as we want and looks great on the table or in the window. The only difficult part is placing it correctly. The product is excellent.

It took a couple tries to figure out the right placement to get it to float, but once I did it was easy. Recommend using a washcloth or something on the base so it doesn't get scratched up like mine did while figuring it out. Highly recommend!

It's rather small, but really if it was much larger the magnets involved would be pretty frightening lol. Overall a great product for what it is.A tip for getting it to balance is to cup your hands around it like your clasping a mug. Then push it around back and forth until it locks and you can remove your hands

Both the base and the pot were scratched as soon as I opened the box. For this kind of price I expected better quality control.
