Hubby fitted this to our existing toilet in about 30-35 minutes. We both tried it immediately, once you get passed the initial shock of freezing cold water it is an amazing piece of kit!! Girls remember to keep your legs closed when using the lady setting, otherwise it sprays over the seat. I would definitely recommend this item. :)

The unit itself seems sturdy, and the installation under existing toilet seat was easy enough. However, the 1/2 size T adaptor I received is defective and will not tighten properly to the existing pipework resulting in leaking.

Fairly easy to install, but it's all down to the pressure from you main.May be ok for the ladies, but that's about it.Pretty much needs the same amount of toilet paper to get everything clean properly, as I can't rely on the jets to do a good cleaningDon't think mine will stay there for very long.Might be better off investing more to get a one with an electric pump to get a proper jet cleaning

Ensure the pipe is long enough as you wont find parts straight away as the thread is different to the standard making it difficult to find.

As described in the purchasing details. Excellent service arrived a day earlier. Only issue was that when fitting they assume everyone has a flexible hose connection from water supply to the cistern. So I had to make minor connection adjustments.
