I've use this for 4 years and successfully avoided bladder infections. I used to get, not frequently, but 2-3 times a year. I'm 77 and not sexually active. The last time I got bladder infection, the first sign was a little blood in urine. That can happen as we age, symptoms may not be the usual, and not get the early signs. I didn't want that happening again. This is expensive, but as good as the "other" product. You don't want to just drink cranberry juice, as it has too much sugar. You need to take very 12 hours, as that's how long it helps keep bacteria from attaching (and growing) on the bladder walls. Do drink sufficient liquids, too.

I love this product, but since the price went up $12 I have to cancel my subscription.

This is one of the top recommended Cranberry supplements from Consumer Lab. I was able to find it on Amazon.

Excellent product

I’ve been using this for around 10 years now. It was recommended by my urologist and I’ve been taking it ever since. It really helps in preventing UTIs. It’s pricey but well worth it. I rarely get UTI while I’m on it and when ever I run out and don’t take this for few weeks, I end up with a UTI. Perhaps a coincidence?? I don’t want to chance it so I take this religiously every night. Also, I have a sensitive stomach but no issues there and the capsules are not that big so easy to swallow.

Doctor ordered this because of recurrent kidney stones because of urinary tract infections. So far, so good. Last appointment I was kidney stone free, finally!
