Product arrived quickly and well packaged. Purchased for my powder room make over. It’s a sturdy glass and the embossed metal is just what I was looking for to add to my farmhouse wood and tin bathroom. The rubber feet will help with keeping dispenser in place when used. Dispenses soap smoothly. The only reason for 4 stars is for the small chip in the glass as shown. I assume this was missed during final inspection before packaging. It’s small enough to not bother me or be returned.

Really like the appearance of the dispenser. Also liked how much soap I'm able to pour into the dispenser. Downside is the pump now leaks soap.

This is a very nice product

I was excited to receive this product as one of the finishing pieces for my bathroom. I filled it up and tried to use it immediately. Unfortunately, the pump did not work. I returned it and got a replacement for a new one. The pump worked on the new one. However, there is some kind of chemical reaction with the metal dispenser on the pump and the white soap that I use. The soap comes out with a marbled blue color, and it's very off-putting. If I pump a couple more times, it clears up. It's a disappointment since I use this in my guest bath so I don't want my guests to see that. Plus it's a waste of soap. I keep hoping that maybe it would stop after some time, but it has continued for weeks. I will try a different soap next time to see whether it makes a difference, but for now, I guess I'll have to live with it.

Really love the stability of this dispenser and the fact that, after a year (!), I haven't broken the dispenser nozzle. Some of the paint starting coming off (unusual for powder coating - must have been a one-off thing) and the seller sent me a new one! Much appreciated!! Love the matching sponge holder thingy, too

Very nice liquid soap dispensers, I ordered two. Unfortunately, one nozzle assembly did not work when they arrived. There was a note in each dispenser box stating that, should things not be satisfactory, just notify the company at email address supplied. I did, they got back to me immediately, and Kim told me two new nozzles were on the way. They arrived shortly (even a Tracking Number supplied), and problem solved! THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY! The dispensers themselves are pretty snazzy, my wife liked the looks, too! :-) Recommend.

This was a waste of money and it wasn't a cheap one. The pads on the bottom fell off within the first couple months. That I could deal with. But it didn't even last 6 months before it started failing more. The metal part has the black paint stripping off the metal and the top metal portion has completely came apart from the glass.

Good product and extremely happy with how it looks on my vanity!
