Working well for me
I am using this Audio Extractor to pull audio from the Multiview output of a Blackmagic Mini switcher. It is providing an audio output that my sound tech can monitor during streaming video productions. Good build on the device and it is working well for our production crew.

Works well for audio monitoring on Atem Mini
Blackmagic Atem Mini video switcher is great, except that it does not have audio out for monitoring. This little guy solved the problem, as recommended by a few youtube reviewers.Driving a studio headphone is not a problem: my Beyer Dynamic DT770 Pro 32 Ohm is plenty loud at mid volume. And the volume control is a must have feature, that most HDMI audio extractors lacks. The sound quality is good, without any noticeable hiss or noise, and pretty true to origin.

Real time monitoring of sound levels and quality for livestreaming
This device allows me to monitor sound level and quality in real time for my livestreaming setup, so for that aspect, it's really invaluable as I know what's happening now instead of in 30 seconds. That said, it would be good to have a switch that tells you what is going out to Facebook live so you're not listening to an artificially increased volume level through headphones.

Working OK for two months until the sound output was broken
I use this small box to solve the issue with my "no-speaker" projector and it has been working for two months with solely Nintendo Switch gaming. There is noticeable white noise from the 3.5mm sound output. But if I decrease the output power on the box, it went away (so I can still tolerate this minor problem). However, after two-month leisure use (5 hours per week), the sound output was somewhat muffed and gave just on-beat noises. The video output was still fine but I lost the function of sound splitter completely. I checked several similar HDMI-sound splitters from other manufacturers and they all seem to have these chip QC problems. Luckily, I can still return this broken box to Amazon, then I will buy another new one (also Prozor but no volume control) to see if I have a better luck next time.
