I’m not sure why people are saying it’s not comfortable, mine is so comfortable I’m wondering if I can sleep in mine, the best undershirt with the best support I’ve ever had. I bought one 3 weeks ago and it has helped me lose almost 30lbs. But don’t forget you have to change your lifestyle by eating right, don’t eat past 8pm! It’s hard but easy after the first 3 days, last thing you’ve got to cut out the sodas and sugary drinks. Your body will thank you for it. I actually love the gym more and more everyday. But buy the shirt yourself and don’t let a few people who probably should’ve ordered a larger size effect your decision!

Measured out correctly but it was still overly tight. For any one here who binds you're used to tight like I am but this is TIGHT. Go one size up. Had to have help getting into it and even then it took a good 2 minutes or so to get into it. Once it was one I was fine though. Normal tightness you'd expect from any kind of compression anything. Getting into it is just a major hassle.

Feels good, somewhat slimming, good quality. One of two was bright white, the other was dingy even after washing.

My belly was gone, my chest was more defined, and my arms looked like they belonged to someone who actually worked out.But, here's the thing. While the compression was great for making me look good, it wasn't so great for actually living my life. I mean, I couldn't breathe properly, I felt like I was constantly being squeezed, and don't even get me started on trying to eat a big meal while wearing this thing. It was like trying to stuff a watermelon into a ziplock bag.All in all, I would give this product a solid 1 out of 5 stars. Sure, it made me look good, but at what cost? My comfort? My ability to breathe? My love for watermelon? No thanks. If you're looking for a quick fix to make you look slimmer, this might do the trick. I like the product. I'm 6'3 235 and I ordered large. It fits snug and does compress while not being too constricting. I've found that it doesn't feel hot to me like some have said. The drawback may just be in one of the shirts I received. One of the shirts I ordered started to have "runs" in the fabric. I've worn both only once and only one of them is having an issue. Can someone please contact me about rather or not this is just a minor defect? If so, I would like to replace it and probably order 2 more. Thanks.

I've bought several different brands of compression shirts/shapers and these Hanerdun are by far the best! I bought 8 of them so far, and the oldest one is already a year old. Great quality, barely loses any compression over the days wear, and is easy to put on and take off. I wash mine in my Cabrio washer that doesn't have a stick agitator, and they come out great! DO NOT DRY THESE IN THE DRYER, the heat will make the zipper slider brittle and it will break, just hang dry. The material dries so quickly that it's not a problem at all. I just hang it on the back of a chair with the ceiling fan on and it dries in about 30 minutes. If your concerned about people seeing the zipper on your chest it doesn't really show all that much. If you wear a thin shirt you'll see it more, but I just wear a necklace that hangs right where the zipper slider stops at the top on my chest, and it hides it perfectly. These shirts last a long time, clean well, and they are so inexpensive that you'll want one for every day of the week. About sizing, I'm 5'9" 200lbs and wear LARGE in regular t-shirts, but a MEDIUM in these Hanerdun compression shirts.

Fits well but flimsy material ,need a stronger flexible material!!!!

I was skeptical at first but it turned out to be the perfect shirt for me cause of it containing the loose skin after me loosing alot of weight. Working out in the gym it keeps the skin still.
