Letters not consistent, likely two different sets.
From my understanding there were two sets put out, one for jackets and one for vests. This looks like a mix between the two sizes. I know the description gave a range of size but that still doesn't account for this much difference. The S and R in STAR and the W are all smaller and too obvious for me to put on the jacket I have. Disappointed to say the least. You need to match up the sizes correctly or not sell them as a set.
