Joico Vero K-pak Hair Color, 8ngc Plus Age Defy, 2.5 Ounce

I've used this product to do my part and around the hairline of the perimeter of my face as I'm not continuing to color all my roots due to a Balayage with melt more at the top. I mix this with 6NN and it covers gray very well. I've never found a color line that works this well and have used it for a long time!

I love Joico. It's very thick---comes out thicker than toothpaste. The color came out exactly as the color chip indicated. My hair took the Joico colorant very quickly and in the past I've had a lot of trouble getting my hair to take dye. I did a "reverse frost" on my hair. My gray roots took this product extremely well. When I rinsed the colorant out my hair was not nearly as dry as other products have left it. I put it on the roots for 30 minutes then on the ends for the last 10 minutes and the color came out very even. I'm very pleased and will buy again. I did pay atention to the recommendation to use a volumn 10 developer as I was trying to keep my hair it's natural shade and hate any red in my hair. According to the literature I read all I needed to do was open the cuticle in my hair to get it to take the dark color. If you use the 20, 30, or 40 volumn developer it will bleach and may bring out the red in your hair particularly as the colorant fades over time. Highly recommended.

I was a little hesitant to buy hair color online after hearing about all the bad or expired product, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have a friend that buys me this brand usually from her salon. I didn't have time for that so I tried ordering this one. Worked the same as always and my color came out beautifully!

This is great hair color - my hair dresser only uses this brand . I have extremely stubborn grey hair and it cover my grays. I read to review that said it didn’t cover grays . Maybe it wasn’t mixed right . This is the onlyColor I’ve used that covered my grey hair.

Again, another Vero K-Pak product that I simply love. I have been edging slightly lighter in my base color. As a brunette, this is a lovely light brown on me. I love the NN for extra stubborn grey coverage.

Love this hair color I've been using it for years and will never use anything else. It's very colorfast doesn't fade extremely natural color.

This was my first time using this hair color. I love their products for shampoo and conditioners and figured their hair color should be just us good. It did a great job sticking to my grey hairs. The smell was a little strong at first. But overall my color turned out great!

This product is specifically for gray coverage. Followed instructions to a T. Guess what it does not do? You guessed it, cover gray. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
