Very good Hugh quality products. To assemble, just insert the metal bar, put grip on, then red cap. Super easy. The wheel has a kind of rubber like gripping on it, so it won’t skid on the floor. Used it on tile, wood, and rug, and doesn’t slip on any of them. Very great compared to cheaper models that would do so. The hand grips are extremely comfortable and have some grooves so it’s easy to get a good grip on the sides. Also, I didn’t realize that it comes with a mat for your knees. The mat is super padded and helps SO much if you aren’t using it on a rug or yoga mat. Great value and this mat was an added bonus I didn’t realize it was included. Works very well, and you can really feel the abs worked after using it. If you have minimal workout equipment, like just weights, it’s a must have very easy to store, and even if you have a whole home gym, there is no other equipment like this it is still a must have. Totally recommend, but tip, if you are a beginner, kneel and don’t push it out as far in front of you. You can build up strength from there.

I've been using an abdominal roller most of my life. When my puppy ate the handles off of my roller that I have had since the seventh grade I went on a search for a new one. I can't believe how much nicer this ab roller is compared to my old one. It's ergonomic handles and wide wheel adds good stability when using it and promotes you to push out more repetitions than you might otherwise do in a set. I'm 55 years old and still have a flat stomach with a defined six pack. It actually works many other muscle groups particularly your triceps, laterals, and chest too. Be ready for some severely sore lower abdominal muscles if you're a beginner with this workout. It seriously shreds so build up slowly. I can pump out as many as I want in one set but I've done this for decades. Happy six pack to you, this works!

I thought I was in a pretty good shape working out 3 times a week. I thought I was READY to embrace a challenge and bought the ab roller to beat the pandemic blues. The product arrived in perfect small package and easy enough to assemble. It is super light weight so don't worry if the box seems too light ;) I sincerely appreciate that the manufacturer put on the rubber on one side (of the handle bar), leaving me only to deal with the other side as that was a pain for sure (it took me 8-10 mins).While the item was in transit, I watched videos on youtube to see how to use it. It looked easy enough. I highly recommend watching what not to do with an ab roller so you never hurt yourself as a beginner.Here's things I wish someone had told me before I made the purchase so I could decide I'm ready for the ab roller:1. You need to have good core strength. meaning you can do more than 10 push ups fast and not cave in to your exercise mat after 3 (my life story!)2. You need to learn to breath properly in order to move with the roller and NEVER injure your back. Watch youtube videos for tips. Have I said that enough times?3. You must never ever roll fast in order to get over and done with it. The whole point of the ab roller is to go slow and steady to build stamina. At some point, there will be fat burning. It will not start on day 1. And it certainly did not start for me on day 7.4. If you are already a yoga practitioner, this will be easy add on. If you aren't doing yoga, pilates or any core building exercises. Start out right away and try to include the ab roller after 2 weeks of basic training.5. I use the ab roller once or twice a week. It is hard and I'm still learning to balance myself on it. Don't get suckered by the videos that make it look easy. great abs come with endurance. I'm still waiting for mine.

I do not typically write reviews for products. However, this product exceeded my expectations for the price I paid, less than 20 bucks! I will share what I liked about the product. Moreover, also how I think it could be better.So I bought this ab roller to work on my core while at home and workplace. The product arrived as accurately described with the extra knee pad and the two free ebooks (they emailed me the e-books). I have been using it for a few days, and it is destroying my core lol. Anyway, the below are the pros and cons about this ab rollerPROS- Very sturdy and high-quality ab roller. You can tell that it is made from very high-quality material.- the grips were very thick (see pictures) compared to the rod inside the roller, and I did not feel any pain in my hands after using it for 20+ reps- Love the fact that it came with the free knee pad! I have hard flooring at home, so the knee pad is a life saver for my knees! Also, the back of the knee pad has a sort of textured patterns to help with the grip- The two bonus ebooks are a very nice touch. One is on what to eat to get abs and the other on other workouts for abs. They are pretty long so I will need more time to go through both before I can rate how good they areCONS- The e-books were sent to me by email, and it went straight into my spam inbox. Had to dig around to find them- This is just a personal preference, but I would have preferred to have a color option aside from a black ab wheel. However, I guess it is not a big deal for some peopleI would say though if you are a beginner - I would ease into the motion of rolling forward because it can be a little bit challenging. My girlfriend has never used an ab roller before, and she wobbled a little with her first try. But after about ten mins or so, she was able to stabilize herself when rolling it forward completely.So I think for a beginner, once you get the motion of rolling forward while being able to stabilize the ab roller… then you will hit your core pretty hard with this ab roller. Even for an intermediate and advanced user, this ab roller will give your six pack a good workout. This is not the first time I have bought a product from this company. So I have come to expect their high quality of customer services. Moreover, the fact you get a knee pad and two free e-books on nutrition and abs workout - this product is an absolute steal!!

I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of this product, particularly for its price point. It's very tough and robust and certainly capable of coping with larger folks like myself. The rubber surface provides good traction and the wheel moves very smoothly around the handles. The knee pads are somewhat of a token addition that may be of use to you if you're using a particularly unwelcoming surface. I'm not sure how well the knee pads will stand up, because I'm not likely to use them. but the ab roller itself is excellent.
