We have several of the Baby Einstein music toys, and this is my favorite. The legs pop right in and it's easy to use. Baby has a fun time dancing to the music that he accidentally creates while mashing the button in the middle. I think he will continue to enjoy this as he grows.Pros:- Easy to assemble- Interesting and engaging features, including different instruments and the variety of songs it plays- The sound is tolerable! The music is not grating or annoying, and is actually pretty pleasant to listen to. I would say this about all of the Baby Einstein musical toys we have.- My baby loves to use this as a walker as he's learning to walk. He pushes it around like a traveling band- Volume control is good, with the two settings being significantly different from one another.- Super easy to use. The "buttons" work consistently and with little pressure so it's easy for baby to use.Cons- Be careful if baby is pulling themselves up on it with all their weight, as it is lightweight and tips easily. We kept the legs off until he was using more of his core strength to pull up.- A bit pricey

I bought this for my almost-1-year-old grandchild, knowing that his 3-year-old sister would probably enjoy it too. I was right! Most kids' toys have obnoxious music that our family does not like. The Baby Einstein toys have been a blessing over the years in that regard. The music tends to be much more gentle, melodic than the usual kid-toy music.When i opened this, I explored it and actually enjoyed playing with it myself. So when the grandkids opened it, I was able to demonstrate. They continued to play with it all week, and it's one of those toys that will hang around forever. It is VERY sturdy and I expect it will last a long time. The design - with no raised buttons that usually break - is perfect for little kids.It was so nice that I'm back buying another one for another grandchild's birthday.

Baby Einstein and Hape’s collaboration has the best musical toy. We have this, the DJ turn table, and the radio. They are all well made. Not only my kids, my husband and I also enjoy playing with them. It would play two instruments at the same time, so you could hear how different music instruments jamming together. The toy doesn’t have the obnoxious sound effect that would randomly jingle to attract kids back to it. It’s not primarily made with plastic too. It goes well with our white and wood nursery aesthetic.

Really accessible gift for infants. The pictures on the toy are bright. The lights are not overly bright. I love that my child is able to easily touch the buttons and create their own musical arrangements. It is a sturdy toy. We love this toy a lot!
