Sorry, not clear what the question is but we’re very happy with the thickness of these mats and they protect the work surfaces well.

Can you put these inside the oven & airfryer?

I have not tried nor would I want too, they are rated to 250C but they are really heat proof mats for your work tops to stop pans or airfryer trays burning the worktops. if it did work The patterning would make any fat mess that gets on them really hard to clean. If your looking to reduce clean up of the airfryer then baking paper inside the tray with the fryer rack on top works wonders. Just make sure the paper not high enough to touch the element in the top.

can this go to the dishwasher?

Don't have a dishwasher currently but have used these for quite some time, washed in hot water and detergent often and no problem with them dissolving

Do these protect worktop from very hot pots?

Yes, I put pans straight from the hob onto the mats and have had no problems.
