Quilt Pounce Chalk Refill 4 Ounces Blue

It definitely marks nicely on quilts and makes a clear pattern. Easy to use. However, it is not easy to remove, unless washed in a machine... which is not ideal on a new quilt. It will brush off eventually or mostly come of using a water spray. But if possible, use the white for easier removal. The pink has the same pros and cons as the blue. Perhaps there could be a yellow?

This product is ok. I can't give it five stars because it did't impress me, but still it was good. Key is not to pounce too large of an area. The vibration from the sewing machine vibrated the powder off the fabric by the time I got to the end of a very large area I had pounced.

I like this pounce to mark quilts, it's the same as I've been buying and exactly what I was expecting to arrive. So, you do what you say, so maybe I'll continue shopping with you as long as I can't go to the quilt stores during this pandemic.

It takes a lot of this chalk to mark a quilt and if I need to correct a marking, I'm finding that it is impossible to remove with just a damp cloth. I'll have to wash this quilt just to get the chalk off. I prefer the iron off marking pens.

Make great marks that brush off easily.

Just what I need for outlining (pouncing) designs on light-colored organza to embellish.

I've had an issue with it using by BSR on my Bernina - it tends to leave a film on the foot and then it will not let me do any free motion quilting. I can use it on my Brother without any issues, makes free motion quilting easier and you can wipe it off the fabric without any issues.
