Fresh, mature and tasty.
Solid mature, large nuts. Will probably order again. Some had yellow in the center, but only one so far was actually bad

Buttery DELICIOUS!!!
Hazelnuts are my favorite and I generally stock up every fall, enough to last all year. This year, I couldn't find them in any of my local stores. After extensive research, I found these Oregon raw hazelnuts in the shell direct from NUTS U.S.! These came in a heavy, re-seal-able plastic bag. They're a nice size and FRESH! I spread a bunch on a cookie sheet and bake them at 325 for about 20 minutes, turn off the oven and leave them in the hot oven another 10 minutes. Once cooled, they're ready to crack and eat! OUTRAGEOUSLY GOOD! My only regret is that I didn't buy a larger bag. 6lbs won't last me all year. I guess I'll be re-ordering!

These are very fresh! No issues at all. I freeze them to keep them fresher longer! Will buy again!

Tough to find in Pennsylvania. Satisfies my wife's snacking craze for lots of crunch. Always fresh when they arrive.

Squirrels & Chippies Love Them!
Fresh, large & in good condition. Rarely a nut with a worm hole & not many with large cracks.I buy these for the many squirrels & chipmunks that visit my yard. I was buying peanuts in the shell, but learned that peanuts (&corn) have dangerous amounts of phosphorus which cause Metabolic Bone Disease. This can cause some horrible symptoms including partial or full paralysis, seizures & ultimately death.Hazelnuts & almonds are healthier nut options for them.

My husband, and the squirrels, love these nuts!
I don't get these nuts for human consumption. Nope, I get these hazelnuts in the shell and unsalted for squirrel treats. Every so often I'll roll a few out onto the deck, and watch from the window as they scamper over and take them. Only a few, as they're just a treat (I researched the best nuts, and these fit the bill). My only problem is that I have to hide these nuts from my husband, or he will eat them all.10/10 I'll buy again, and again.
