Feel like I wasted a lot of money.
This series / product was recommended by a psychiatrist for my son but we have had a lot of trouble getting it to work with the purchased and free apps.

Works really well for me
Works really well for me. I had a little trouble connecting it via BlueTooth at first, until I paid attention to the instructions RTFI! It doesn't need to be "paired" as most BlueTooth devices are. DON'T TRY TO PAIR IT. Just turn on BlueTooth on your device and the IOM Blue will do the rest.

Sensor not worth it.
This ion hardware is terrible. Cuts on and off. Bluetooth is substandard. I know it's not the range of my router because all my other devices pick up the wireless just fine. I am a mental health practitioner and was hoping to recommend this product to clients, but it is just too frustrating to use as it cuts in and out of wi fi. I contacted the company and I was referred to the troubleshooting page of the website. This was not helpful at all. I am sorry I purchased this product as the sensor is unnecessarily pricey. I do not recommend this unless they produce a better sensor.

99 app that was horrible. Basically
I bought this for my daughter and I to use. I had the older computer version years ago. This came in a small box with no directions. I did look it up and was able to find some basic directions. I had to download a $9.99 app that was horrible. Basically, I had to create a room, it appears that is all there was. I couldn't even get the butterfly to move. So frustrating, yes that probably means, I really need the product. I am going to try to buy the computer version. Maybe others will have better luck with this.
