Love it.
These are hilarious! I have been following the artist’s work and I can’t recommend these enough for the birb lover in your family. These are comical, charming, cute, and very often far too accurate of what it’s like to have a birb in your life.P.S. “I can’t read.” 😂

A must for bird owners!
This book made the family and flock so happy!Every day my kids ask if there’s a new Chicken Thoughts out and when this book arrived, we sat down together with the birds and just laughed. We love these comics and we’re certainly hoping that this collection is just the first of many!

Perfect
A perfect little book that exactly captures life with a bird. Every comic resonates and makes you giggle, and it even has my all time favorite from the author

It's funny because it's true!
This book is a must for any bird owner! Most of the comics are instantly relatable and hilarious. They mostly focus on Chicken, a cockatiel, and Blue Boy, a parrotlet, but other birds such as peach-faced and fisher's love birds, umbrella and rose-breasted cockatoos, sun conures, eclectus parrots, african greys, black-headed caiques, macaws, and budgies are featured as well. My only complaint is that some of my favorite strips were left out, but there's only so much you can fit in one book.

Charming book if you have a bird or have ever had a bird.
Those of us "bird people" understand what having a bird is like. It's like no other type of pet relationship. If you have ever wondered what could be going on in your little birds brain "Chicken Thoughts" is the book for you. Delightful four panel comics on each page explore common bird keeping scenarios such as birds bathing in their water bowl, mimicking common household noises, "planting" seeds on the carpet, and others. So curl up with your bird, some millet and tea. Let Chicken tell you how things really are.

cutest birdie book
i have been following chicken thoughts on social media for quite some time and as a birdie mama to a cockatiel and parakeets i can certainly relate to a lot of these! i read the book to my cockatiel when i first got it. he actually looked at the pics and seemed like he enjoyed it so it was fun reading with him. there are so many funny humorous stories that even if you dont have a bird while you might not relate the same way, it is still quite enjoyable.

A laugh a minute..
I came across Chicken Thoughts as an online comic, and was instantly enchanted.I don't own a bird, but do feed the Garden Birds, and they're part of my very small family (me and the birds)...From the behaviour of some of the feathered friends, I could almost picture them thinking the things that go into this book, and from friends who own birds, this is a perfect, amusingly slanted take on their behaviour..If you like birds, and you like to laugh, this is something to pick up! I had most of it online for free, but like to put the money where the mouth is and actually support the author. More please!

The adventures of Chicken, as he sees things.
As brilliant as the web comic pieces.Even my 8 year old loved reading it and could see Meg our own bird doing some of the things which blew her mind a bit.
