NEW EDGE INSIGHT CTS3 DIGITAL GAUGE,5" TOUCHSCREEN,COMPATIBLE WITH 1996-UP ON BOARD DIAGNOSTICS-II VEHICLES

I installed this Edge monitor on my 2007 Silverado 2500hd classic with the duramax diesel, and it is excellent! Following the directions, I updated it by bringing it inside and powering it with USB, and connecting to my wifi. The update took about 15 minutes. Afterwards, connecting it to the truck was super easy (it actually took more time orienting the suction cup mount to a satisfactory position). The display can be changed to your liking to show the a set of common values (rpm, speed, coolant temp), or even custom PIDs you want to see (rail pressure, trans temp, fuel level, etc). The display is responsive and clear, easy to read even in bright sunlight. It also goes to sleep when you turn the truck off and wakes by itself when cranking to save your battery! The only issue i've ever had was the screen went to sleep by itself once during a long drive as if the OBD port has stopped delivering power, but just touching the screen woke it again. I suspect the issue is with my truck and not the edge unit.

I never write a report but this product is awesome. Plug and play. My speedometer quit working and a gauge cluster was 400. This thing has a Speedo. Gives you error codes different gauge set-up worth the money

Yes everything is great with cts3 love the on board code reading and injector balance reading. Simple and easy to use and setup, great price.

Love the product, have had no problems compared to other people that complain about it. Use it for my 1 ton diesel gives me all the vitals. I need on my GMC! ! this is the second one I’ve had I left the other one on my truck I gave to my son

Works perfectly, although it stays on sometimes which doesn't make sense.

This is a great monitor. It took me a while to choose between this and the tuner version. I later learned that with this monitor you can choose to upgrade it to a tuner on the Edge website. You just buy and download the software update and download the tunes to it! That would have saved me a couple weeks of flip flopping on my decision. I have noticed it does freeze up on me occasionally but not very often at all. I would say only two times at the most in the 6 months I have owned it. The layout looks really good and gives me all the info I need at a glance. I have compared the readings with my scan tool and everything seems to be reporting accurately. It is very intuitive and easy to use. It is a bit expensive but the quality is worth the price for me! Highly recommend!

Does not work on a 2019 Toyota 4Runner. Tried everything to get it to work, reached out to the Manufactur and was told none of their products work on Toyotas. Very disappointed.

Just got a chance to install this cts3 and if freezes up vary often going though the settings ! Other then that works like it should not vary happy
