You'll never know until you try
I found this after watching Jessi & Alessio's olive oil review on youtube (You’re buying fake Olive Oil.. HOW TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE). It seems expensive, but I wanted to try it anyway. Since the best deal was to purchase the gift set, and I wanted to try all three, I scheduled a few meals around this set and made the order.I invited over some company and we put on a little tasting event the evening after it arrived. I was absolutely blown away at the quality, aroma, and flavor of these oils, especially after comparing it to what I'd "always thought" was olive oil! It's not cheap, but it's definitely worth every penny, and I'll always have this olive oil in my house.

One of the best quality olive oils - great brand
I love all three of their oils, but the Cortese and the Intesimo if fantastic. I love intense olive oil. I wouldn’t use these for cooking, since they are a little more expensive, but the silky flavor and silky feel works perfectly for finishing pasta. Very high quality and is fresh. If you’re looking for every day cooking oil on the cheap, I’d look elsewhere.

Great olive oil with fruity and peppery taste
I have been looking for a reasonably priced and high quality olive oil. I've tried about eight different brands. This one hits the sweet spot in terms of price performance. 500 plus polyphenols, it tastes pretty good, can you get that nice peppery feeling in the back of your throat. This is the best around this price point. I have tried some other more expensive olive oils with higher polyphenol counts that I like but honestly you're not getting anything more out of it. 400 + polyphenols is "good enough". I also tried the snake oil brand which is around the same price. Comparatively this tastes better than the snake oil and is more consistent bottle to bottle in terms of the pepperiness in the back of your throat.

High Polyphenols!
I've spoken to the owner as he's an expert with Olive oils. He's extremely professional and sells great products. If you check out the welleatables brands it's crazy how much flavor they have.

Very tasty. Used as a drizzle, drink
Very tasty. Used as a drizzle, drink. Wouldn't waste cooking with it though. Only thing is the screw on cap is very low quality, and will just spin when putting back on (2 out of the three doing this).

Excellent but Overpriced
I have been on a quest to discover the best EVOO. I fell into the fallacy that if it costs more, it must be better. This Entimio Intenso costs more, but it is not better than others that cost less. The great variety of prices for what is basically the same high end EVOO amazes me. This oil cost $15 more the the Olio Italiano by WellEatable, but it is no better and maybe a little worse. It is not green in color despite the reviews. I have tried many others (Garisar (Turkish), Classico (also WellEatable, but a bit more expensive), Prunetti (very good but costs $10 more), Virgeen ( more expensive but not that good). I have not tried oil from Sicily, Morocco, or Greece, but I would be open to any recommendations, however, I am dubious that they would be any better than the Olio Italiano.
