Country Farms Sprouts and Seeds, with Fiber Blend and Omega 3s, 60 Servings

While looking for a way to add noted-source Omega-3 to my diet, I tried this product. I absolutely love it and I eat one serving every morning before I zip out the door. I eat a more Keto diet, and these ground (read, more easily absorbed and digested) are exactly what I was looking for. I have noticed immediate changes in my digestion, ALL positive. I mix a serving (scoop included) with a little protein shake and swallow it immediately or sprinkle it over my morning avocado. It's also excellent on salad or mixed in peanut butter.I will certainly buy again as it is well made, packaged, readily bio-available and, while anecdotal, a huge boon to my digestive health.

I was pretty disappointed in the taste and texture of this. It is just a powder and no texture of seeds or anything. I tried sprinkling it on cereal and on peanut butter on toast but pretty tasteless. Doesn't add anything. I definitely won't be ordering again.

This product does exactly what it's supposed to, add fiber to your diet. I use it with Tastyshake by Bodylab and mix in fruits and a peach mango green tea product from wal-mart. I've lost almost 20 pounds.

I've been using this product for awhile now and really like it. I put a scoop in some unsweetened applesauce...It's not gritty...I would recommend putting it in food and not liquid :)....

I love this product. bought it at the grocery store, then the store stopped carrying it. found it on Amazon and will continue to use.

It's not whole seed. It's powder. Not what I was looking for to put in my breads.

First time purchasing this product , used it in my smoothie great taste and texture. Will purchase again
