Works quickly and appears to speed up healing after nose surgery
I recently had surgery on the septum and turbinates in my nose. My doctor gave me several items to keep my nose moist and clean during the healing process but they all left a bad taste or were very salty. I was already using a Neil Med saline spray as prescribed but when I saw this product with antibacterial Zylitol I was curious.Not only do I believe this sped up my healing and kept nasty infections at bay better than the antibiotics I was given, but it also smells amazing and the aftertaste that invariably trickled down the back of my throat was slightly sweet.Now that I’ve recovered from surgery without any issues (my surgeon was actually surprised at how far my healing process had progressed), I still use this Zylitol-enhanced version over the standard saline spray. It has become my go-to spray when my nose feels dry and uncomfortable.

Strong spray
The nozzle it comes with is pretty strong, and I’m not a huge fan of the sweet taste from the Xylitol/eucalyptus, but that’s kinda why I bought it so I won’t complain. Good product with lots in the can. Remember to shake well to suspend the solutes

Handy nose spray
I’ve used the their nose flushing bottle before that you make up with a saline packet when I had a sinus infection and it works well. I use this spray with Xylitol for everyday maintenance. It’s also ready for travel. Some people are concerned about Xylitol, but it’s not being ingested and it’s beneficial to maintain moisture and fight bacteria in the nose. Also there are two styles of nozzle and caps. One has a small cap and the nozzle is already attached. The other has a larger cap and the nozzle is loose. Simply pop off the cap, remove the nozzle and mount it onto the can.
