I looked long and hard for a good steamer to use in my large nonstick soup pot. I tried a couple of others before finding this gem. The others, made of silicone, either have legs so short that the bottom of the food that is being steamed is actually getting boiled, or have legs that are so wobbly (and also short) that the steamer does not stay put. This steamer basket is great!!! It works like the old fashioned folding steel baskets, but it is made out of plastic and won't scratch your pots. If I could give this 6 stars, I would!

After struggling forever with the popular stainless steel steamer and trying to clean it after using Old Bay seasoning I found this. What a game changer. So, so easy to clean..no scratching of the pot. Wonderful steamer.

This barely fits in my most used medium large saucepan. I was replacing a minimalist metal one for my ceramic cookware, and didn't pay enough attention to the dimensions. It's a great product, but I would definitely have made a different purchase if I had investigated further how it fit--barely room to add veggies

Works as well as metal basket. Easier to pick up out of pot with hot veggies.

I love this steamer. So easy to use and clean. I have used it several times with great results. My veggies are just the way I want them.

We like it, as a replacement from the TEFLON option, the only thing is that it is too big for a small cooking pot.

Die Ware ist sehr schön gestaltet mit eleganter Farbe. Es steht aus Stahl und einem kleinen Stück von Plastik. Es nimmt kaum Platz, wenn es gefaltet wird. Es kann multi funktionieren, als Küchensieb, als Gärhalte oder sogar Obstteller. Es gefällt mir äußersten. Nachdem ich dieses Produkt erhalte, warf ich mein altes Küchensieb schon weg. Die erste Lieferung hat das Produkt verletzt, hatte kein Problem gehabt, um die Ware zu tauschen.

Very good, i like the rubber edges which protects against scratching the pot.
