A phone should last longer then 4 months without needing any repair .
I bought Xiaomi Redmi 9A on 06/30/2021 and had not a problem with it at all. Everything was working just fine and I was really liking it. Then I saw a message saying I should update the software. After that, if I am on a phone call, the phone works only with the speaker on. I have already checked: If phone protection covering Micfor connected devices cleaned microphonetried factory reset the phoneContacted to Xiaomi support, seller.The one option I have is go to repair my phone and maybe I bear the cost of repair. I thin I am being fair for saying that I am not being treated with respect by both Amazon and seller. A phone should last longer without needing any repair. It's totally uncomfortable being in a position like mine.
