Wilkinson Classic Tone Ceramic Overwound Open Style Humbucker Pickups Set for Electric Guitar, Zebra

These are great pickups for the price. Wilkinson makes pretty good products. Keep the price in mind if you order them. These are fantastic upgrades for cheap factory pickups in an inexpensive guitar. They sound good and are well matched. Ceramic magnets, so they are a little brighter. Soldering was simple. I upgraded the pickup on a Squier Bullet Stratocaster single humbucker and used the neck pickup in an Epiphone SG G-310. These made a world of difference in tone. They have a vintage sound but handle distortion pretty well. Again, keep price in mind. You are not going to get a Duncan or DiMarzio set for $30, so don’t expect to get that kind of tone. If you want a quality pickup to replace the junky factory pickups in your inexpensive guitar, then these are perfect for that.

Great upgrade to cheap pickups, either wire single volume / tone or split red white wire for separate controls. The wires were a bit bigger than my originals so had to drill the hole larger but the sound equals my $ 500 ibanez . ( on an older first act I got free ) ! The cream / black looks good also.

Leads a tiny bit short, but they work. Im not at all disappointed

Purchased the pups to fill in the missing pups on a firefly Les Paul copy. I only paid $75 for the guitar and didn’t see the point in paying $300 for name brand/high end after market replacements. A friend recommended these, so I bought a pair, installed in a few minutes and much to my surprise they sound very good.

It changed the whole sound, for the best, iam impress, I bought 3 more sets from Amazon, I have 28 guitars, can't get more now until I save more bucks , but yes worth the money instead of buying a real expensive electric guitar.

Wow. Added to a dean evo xm. Handles gain way better than the stock pickups. Look good sound good.

Swapped out the stock pickups on my Ibanez guitar. Some improvement. Nothing amazing.

Bought these to replace the terrible pickups that came in my Firefly 338. HUGE improvement! Great tone clean or dirty. Nicely packaged with good instructions. A steal for 30 some bucks. Would definitely recommend them!
